Congratulations to Lauren and Gordon on their first child, Madison! We had a great time photographing this beautiful baby girl. As first time parents, Lauren and Gordon look like seasoned veterans between feedings and diaper and outfit changes. This photo shoot was a blast, thank you Lauren, Gordon, and Madison!
Amanda and I are proud to announce that we will be adding a third member to our photography team on or about September 2. In other words, we're pregnant! Amanda's about three and a half months along now and doing great. We won't know if it's a boy or girl for another month or so, and if I can convince Amanda, maybe it will remain a surprise until it arrives. So be prepared for a bunch more of our maternity shots in the near future!
I was honored to take photos at the awards reception for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light the Night Walk 2011 at the Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia. This reception is where the Society takes time to recognize the top individuals and teams who go above and beyond raising money in the fight against blood cancers. To learn more about the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, you can visit their website, and follow them on Facebook.
To celebrate an amazing first season, the Brandywine Roller Girls held a Prom this past Saturday night, and Amanda and I were there to capture it with a photo booth. It was an instant hit with the crowd, with some people getting their formal pictures, and others just gettin' goofy.
Joyce's daughter and her family were in town from California over the holidays, and luckily we had scheduled the session on one of the nicest days in December. Not only were they celebrating the holidays, but also Stella's first birthday. Thanks, Joyce, Michelle, Elijah, Mia, and Stella for a great session!
