We got back into the swing of things this past weekend with some family photos at the park. The early morning light lit up the trees, providing some great colors. Thanks again, Amy and Nick, for getting up early!
Two months old already and our little Teacup has doubled her birth weight! Despite still being a week away from her original due date, she shocked Amanda and I yesterday by rolling over for the first time. Looks like we're going to need to baby proof the home real fast!
I got back into some roller derby action this past Saturday when the Brandywine Roller Girls Brawlers squad took on Key City Roller Derby. It was close the whole way, and BRG pulled out the hard-fought victory!
Here are some shots we took of Fear N. Loathin' from the Brandywine Roller Girls. We wanted to recreate the look and feel of the "driving through Barstow" scene from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas for the shoot, and she was able to track down a beautiful 1969 Corvette, visor, aviator sunglasses, and cigarette holder to make it that much more authentic!
And good luck trying to beat her on the track, too. Here's a shot of her as lead jammer, rackin' up the points:
Congratulations to Lauren and Gordon on their first child, Madison! We had a great time photographing this beautiful baby girl. As first time parents, Lauren and Gordon look like seasoned veterans between feedings and diaper and outfit changes. This photo shoot was a blast, thank you Lauren, Gordon, and Madison!
