Congratulations to my sister for completing her first triathlon, its a feat I can hardly imagine doing myself. The most impressive part about it is that she finished third in her age group and 160 out of 403 overall. Congratulations also goes out to my friend and long time neighbor Eric, who helped out with the training and provided some of his triathlon experience to help out the newcomer. Oh yeah, he didn't have too shabby of a finish either, placing 149 out of 403 overall. It would have been much better, too, had it not been for that damn first transition.
