September 18, 2011: Marshman Triathlon

Congratulations to my sister for completing her first triathlon, its a feat I can hardly imagine doing myself. The most impressive part about it is that she finished third in her age group and 160 out of 403 overall. Congratulations also goes out to my friend and long time neighbor Eric, who helped out with the training and provided some of his triathlon experience to help out the newcomer. Oh yeah, he didn't have too shabby of a finish either, placing 149 out of 403 overall. It would have been much better, too, had it not been for that damn first transition.

September 17, 2011: Brandywine Roller Girls vs. Diamond State Roller Girls

The Brandywine Roller Girls rocked the Caln Skating Center once again this past Saturday as they took on the Diamond State Roller Girls. In a hard-fought bout, the BRG All-Star squad pulled out their first ever inter-league win. Congratulations to the Brandywine Roller Girls, and be sure to catch all the action at the league playoffs on October 15 when the Spell Razors roll up against the Fallen Debutantes.

September 10, 2011: Brandywine Roller Girls All-Stars vs. Dutchland Derby Rollers

The Brandywine Roller Girls had their inaugural away Bout this past Saturday against the Dutchland Derby Rollers. The BRG All-Star squad put up a valiant effort. The BRG All-Stars will put this experience to use in their next Bout this Saturday against the Diamond State Roller Girls.
